The Talent Pool Annual Conference: About the Day 23 December 2014
On the 16th December the Talent Pool team were delighted to welcome Professor Steve Peters, the author of the highly acclaimed Chimp Paradox, as the Keynote Speaker at the 2014 Talent Pool Conference. Steve shared, with a delighted audience, his phenomenally successful mind management programme that has been used to help elite athletes like Sir Chris Hoy, Sir Bradley Wiggins and Victoria Pendleton, CBE perform at their optimum level.
Steve’s very humorous, yet deeply thought-provoking, session on “The Chimp Paradox” introduced his tried and tested revolutionary techniques that enable people to conquer their fears, operate with greater control, focus and confidence and perform better in all areas of their life.
After the event Steve contacted us to tell us how well he thought the session went:
“I really enjoyed presenting and felt especially privileged to share peoples stories and situations as I moved around the groups in the informal chat session that followed.”
In addition to Steve we are thrilled that Bob Middleton, the Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Finance joined us to share his personal experiences of Leadership and Managing his Chimp.
